  1. For JR. KG Registration, Child should complete 3.5 years as on 1st June 2023
  2. For Nursery Registration, Child should complete 2.5 years as on 1st June 2023
  3. Online registration will open on 10th November 2022 at 10:00am
  4. For Registration click on the new application form link
  5. Fill the application form available on the website www.hfcs.in
  6. Take a printout on A4 Size paper.
  7. Paste passport size photographs of child, father and mother on the printed application form
  8. Submission of printed application form along with required documents on the date specified on the printed application form
  9. Late Submission of application form or incomplete application form will be treated as form rejected

Documents to be attached along with the application form

  1. Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate of child
  2. One passport size photograph of child for ID-card
  3. Xerox copy of aadhar card of the child (if any)
  4. Any one address proof (Electricity bill, Ration card,...)
